An EX-HIKARU GENJI MEMBER, Akira AKASAKA, who is still in JE and acted at Playzone 2007, was ARRESTED because of STIMULANT DRUG!
Most of you in my f-list may not a fan of him, and I doubt if anyone had watched his performance with skates as Hikaru Genji on time.
But still he is in JE. He worked in Playzone.
I was not a fan of Hikaru Genji, but since they were the most super idol group ever, I had some interest in their music which were created by famous musicians.
This trouble must affect JE itself. Now they just say that they cannot say anything because they haven't talked with his manager.
Akiyama in MA is still on hiatus because of his careless post on the internet.
Akasaka was arrested.
So, what will happen next?
EDIT: Since he was arrested, the internet articule uses his photos although usually JE prohibit to upload their photos. It is a kind of interesting. Now newspapers must be stronger than JE.
EDIT 2: He seems to have banned from JE.It is understandable, but still JE should announce their apology officially. UPLOADED HERE There is still an announcement of his dinner show on the official JE website. DELETED.
And I am wondering if PLAYZONE2007 DVD will be released on the exact date. PROLONGED.
EDIT 3: There is still no announcement about Uchi's talk show in Osaka for the preview of Playzone DVD.

(Well, what is happening at kanjani's community? I rarely want to cantact with them, but as I thought it is an important announcement for Uchi himself, I thought I should tell them, but as the community is now like a chaos, I stopped to post there.)

Since JE is powerful, they usually don't allow any gossip on the air, but this time they couldn't hide it because he was arrested by police.
JE is an old-fashioned company that now it is the time for them to change.
(That means, they need me!)
It is sad for me that the one arrested was Akasaka, as I loved his drama "HOTEL"., which was a comedy about the happening with customers in the hotel. (they used Hilton to film it.)

Date: 2007-10-30 07:05 am (UTC)Now they have several older artistes because the meaning of "idol" is changing, but in past, they had only young guys in JE. And drug here is not that popular problem among the artiste successfully. (I don't know how many population means "that popular" though.)
There was a plan of dinner show by Akasaka and his former bandmate Atsuhiro at the end of this year.
Since it is also canceled, I want JE to use the hall for Uchi and Kusano instead.

Once JE had only younger guys and they could ban older guys if they became less popular, but now their work and the meaning of "idols" are changing that they must in the serious aspect to be needed to think about their management of older artistes.
I hope JE will give those 2 boys any chance to appear in front of fans soon, it must be better for JE itself, as the fans of them will forget Akasaka's scandal if they can see Uchi and Kusano.

This scandal won't affect the image of Uchi and Kusano, but it is sad for them to be prolonged.
Ah, so thanks for the codec! I could install it, but since my old computer has only 128+256MB memories, tegomass's cuteness was too much for it that it didn't drive the movie file.
I'm waiting for the recovery disc which is going to arrive in the next weekend.

Date: 2007-11-07 07:03 am (UTC)i'm mostly concerned about asking permission procedure, since the post in the comm was pretty much about that it was received and all. i've read that the comm wrote a letter to JE asking for permission, how much necessary was this step? i mean did the staff-san read the letter, or probably signed on it something like "allowed" so you could refer to it next time, or just took the letter from you? i'm asking because we know someone going to Japan pretty soon and we'd like to take this opportunity and ask her to ask permission for us, but we're not sure we make a letter for her in time. so if she just goes and asks, do you think it'll be ok? also does she need to ask the name of staff-san, she spoke to in order to refer to this person later, when someone brings the book itself. like "one of us spoke before to the staff N-san and he/she allowed us to bring the book" or the staff just doesn't pay attention to such details?

Once one of our member in Japan who is still not good at Japanese had sent them a letter for permission and someone from JE answered her on the phone, but since she cannot understand what they spoke, we went there with a detailed document and explained our plan at the counter.
If the member from your project can tell them how serious and mature you all are, they will try to understand the project and tell what to do.
