Yesterday I filmed RESCUE, then I had various interviews with Masuda


Recently I often film&photoshoot with Masuda


As I rarely film&photoshoot with anyone not KAT-TUN I feel it fresh


As we had a time to be taken in the orange uniform of rangers please try to check them



Well today I am filming RESCUE as well, and at first in the morning I continued chinning exercise


The other day I continued running with sandbag and hose, as I can train myself while filming it's efficient as it works for two purposes



Successfully my muscle seems to have gained, recently I got more weight



Then, the radio program on Tuesday from about 12 midnight
