Hopefully it means any kind of promotion, if possible, for international release.
Since the producer F honored Nakamaru a lot, I translated what he said there.

From the release day April 19, 20, until 26, Yuichi Nakamaru-san helped us by greeting for the audience around the Kanto(around Metropolitan) area such as Ebina, Yokohama, Tsukuba, Moriya, Nagareyama, Saitama, Toyosu, Kawasaki, Nishiarai, and Shinjuku.
Nakamaru-san, thank you for your hard work and kindness.
They became the greeting events with warmth same as his personality, by communicating with audience with his natural atmosphere as usual and playing his 'voice percussion' hard at the request of them.
For all the audience of everywhere who welcomed us warmly, thank you very much.
At the final venue Nishiarai and Shinjuku, the director Tsutsumi at the middle of filming '20 century boy' suddenly joined excaping from the filming.
He showed us funny talk with Nakamaru-san like Manzai(sort Japanese comedy: two comedians' funny conversation).
He called Nakamaru-san's act as 'Jinen-ryu act('Jinen-ryu' is the name of karate by Tsukasa, and also the kanji for 'jinen' is same as 'shizen', that means 'natural')', and he let us know the hidden episode that at the filming place he just explained how they were going to film and he let Nakamaru-san act with no direction about his act.
He honored Nakamaru-kun's talent for understandings and called it as 'Jinen-ryu act'.
You may know if you have watched it, about that climax scene of Kawataro, surprisingly, that could film by one try without mistake.
This work is Nakamaru-san's first time to appear in the movie, he will become a wonderful actor with much ability to act in the future.
In this meaning, this movie will remain in the history as a debut work of Yuichi Nakamaru. You need to check this.
All the greeting event campaign ended, but 'Sushi Oji!' still continues.
