(For the latest popolo and MYOJO, I won't translate them since sadly popolo has only a few sentences and MYOJO was their advice for readers' consultation.)
For tomorrow, I will do my best.
I'm glad to be able to be with him at the end of his tiring campaign. Really. *hugs him*

- First of all, let me know about your impression at your attendance in the movie 'Sushi Oji! THE MOVIE ~GOES TO NEW YORK~'.
During the filming of its drama, I was told that they were planning to film a movie, and I was surprised.
Then I was more surprised when I read its screenplay book(LAUGH).
Comparing to the drama, it became larger-scaled in various meaning, and I could learn very much as I could work with many seniors such as Kinya Kitaoji-san and Tsuyoshi Ihara-san.
As I have very little experience, I tried to work hard until I felt like dying.
- What do you think about your character 'Kawataro'?
He is full of humanity.
He must have felt mortified when he realized that he would never conquer Tsukasa maizu's talent even if he would work the hardest.
So, he must have betrayed Tsukasa at the end of the drama.
He is basically nice, but lacks something.
- Do you find any similarities with him?
His funniness and positiveness sound like similar to me(LAUGH).
When I heard about the destiny of Kawataro, at first I thought that might be just a joke.
As it is hard to recognize what is the fact and what is joke in 'Sushi Oji!'.
For example, at first I thought that the existence of the lots of strange sushi restaurants in New York might be a fiction.
However, once I went there actually, there was a sushi restaurant which serves strange sushi such as 'something roll', and I was surprised that "is that true (that there are lots of strange sushi restaurants in New York)?".
- Did Koichi-kun mention about it?
During our filming, I didn't talk about sushi with Koichi-kun(LAUGH).
We enjoyed talking about something general, but I think we rarely talked about the filming.
- How was the atmosphere of the existence of the actor Koichi Domoto at the filming place?
He was extremely active, he tried all the dangerous action scene by himself, same as at the drama filming.
Our filming in New York was hard, both for our schedule and for our body, and once he would be injured it would become a big trouble, but he refused to use stunt man and said "I can try by myself"....
I can't do that like him.
What?
You said "I tried to work hard until I felt like dying"?!
(LAUGH).
Well, there was a scene of Kawataro's climax or an important scene, and at that scene I tried with concentration of all my nerves.
Last summer when it was hot, I went far to the rice field in New Jersey....
- Isn't that rice field in Chiba?
No, not really.
As where 'Sushi Oji! THE MOVIE' is held is New York(LAUGH).
- That might be the interesting part of this movie that there are lots of funny parts to be noticed like that.
Yes.
At the preview, I laughed loud as well.
There must be very few movies which make adults laugh loud in fact.
- And also there are the scenes which make us cry.
At the final scene of Kawataro, I was almost dropping tears.
I'm really glad to hear that(TEARS).
Before releasing the movie, the DVD introducing the back stage at the filming will be released, and from watching it, you will find my feeling at that time and the environment at the filming, so please check it.
- Have you been enslaved by the act?
Yes.
If I didn't take the audition for Johnny's & Associates by the recommendation of my schoolmate girl when I was at the third grade in my junior high school, I must be in my life with no experience of act.
- Until then, did you have no interest in the entertainment job?
I was concentrating only on soccer.
I thought that the world of the entertainment are too brightened that I would have no connection with there.
- But then you were succeed in the audition and became one of the Johnny's Juniors.
I had never taken the dance lesson, but one I try hard I could improve myself, and different from soccer, the group sports, for dance I cam move independently, so I found "it's fun!" and got into dancing.
- And you formed KAT-TUN and your debut single 'Real Face' recorded a million-seller, so your work look smooth.
No way! I'm always on the edge of the cliff.
I have to recognize myself like this if I continue to work with this kind of job.
We can never work without considering that "while I am asleep, others must improve themselves".
I've learnt about it when I was a Junior, or rather I found it through seeing my seniors.
If I continue to work with my effort and aspiration, someday my dream will come true.
- It may have some similarities to the theme of 'Sushi Oji!'.
Definitely!
I think both Tsukasa and Kawataro are the passionate guys who are making an effort for their dream.
In Golden Weak(* long holidays in Japan at the end of April and at the beginning of may), please watch 'Sushi Oji! THE MOVIE' with your family and friends.
It is the highest quality entertainment both kids and adults can enjoy, so please watch it at least 5 times(LAUGH).

Sushi Oji! blog mentions about its OFFICIAL ENGLISH SUBTITLE so if you are kindly willing to watch it, I recommend you to leave your comment there!

Date: 2008-04-28 08:09 am (UTC)That scene is really hard to watch, since at the moment he made us laugh, and the other moment he made us sad, then laugh, then.... the continuation was so tiring and painful.
However, to show my admiration for his wonderful and talented act, I tried not to escape from that scene and just watched it to receive all his emotion, to share the pain with him.^^
