It took a long time since I appeared here last time, I am the Producer F.
Today, the English subtitle for 'Sushi Oji! THE MOVIE' was finished.
Its English title is 'THE SUSHI PRINCE DOES(* typo for 'GOES'? NO according to
sourangel they officially explained about it, see below) NEWYORK'.
It was translated by Ms. Linda Hoaglund living in New York.
Linda is a woman who kindly loves Japanese movies a lot, and once I worked with her for director Hayao Miyazaki's 'Mononoke Hime'.
This time there are lots of words which we were curious "how will they be translated!" such as 'Jinen-ryu higi(the special technique in Jinen-ryu martial art)', 'shunkan-nigiri-gaeshi(re-crushing in a moment)', 'kihou-aku(crushing with air)', and the other names for the special technique, but she wonderfully translated the words into cool English.
Then, as 'Sushi Oji! the English version' was finished,
same as Tsukasa Maizu, we will go into the world.
So, from where will we begin to go to fight, my master?
Koichi-san, next time, we will go to the world. Please make sure of it.

So they must release it outside Japan as well!!!
ADD:
Since it was not just me who was curious if 'Sushi Oji DOES NY' is a typo for 'GOES', they showed us the message from the translator Linda :D
And I found that one of her works was for Tegoshi's film 'Shissou'. XDDD
Message from Linda♥ (definitely it's her English)
"THE SUSHI PRINCE does New York" is a "hip" funny way of saying The Sushi Prince goes to and has a great time in New York.
It is a contemporary expression to say The Sushi Prince has crazy adventures in NY.
It might be a good idea to start the film this way because the film is not a serious film, but has lots of action and crazy elements.
Thank you, Linda!!!♥
